General Information
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store operated under the ULGAGO brand and for purchasing products offered through the website. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the Terms and Conditions are not accepted, placing an order is not possible. These Terms apply to all customers purchasing products through the store, regardless of country of residence.

Products
Products offered in the store include physical goods (such as plush toys and accessories) and digital products (such as e-books). All product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are provided for informational purposes only and may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed.

Orders
Orders are placed through the online order form available on the website. To place an order, the customer is required to select a product, provide accurate delivery and contact details, choose a payment method, and confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully completed and an order confirmation email has been sent. The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the provided information is incomplete, incorrect, or raises reasonable concerns regarding fraud or misuse.

Payments
All payments are made in advance. Available payment methods may include card payments, PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and local instant payment methods. Prices displayed in the store are gross prices and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped using international fulfillment and logistics partners. Estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 business days from dispatch, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, logistics disruptions, weather conditions, or other factors beyond control. No guaranteed delivery dates are provided.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement of withdrawal must be sent by email. Returns sent without prior notice of withdrawal and without contacting customer support in advance will not be accepted. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, complete, and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints and Defective Products
If a product is defective or not as described, a complaint may be submitted by email. Complaints should include the order number, a description of the issue, and photo or video documentation. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once access has been granted or the download has begun, provided that consent was given prior to purchase.

Intellectual Property
All content available on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of the store or its licensors. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure

These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified at any time. The version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of placing an order applies to that order.

Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date published on the website.
